APARTAMENTY NOWY ŚWIAT
Apartamenty Nowy Świat is being created in a historic tenement house on the corner of Nowy Świat and Książęca streets, right by Three Crosses Square. It is one of Warsaw’s most recognisable addresses – a building locals have long called “the Rolex house”. The revitalisation restores the façade’s stately character: rich stucco work, columns, wrought-iron balustrades and a mansard roof with round dormer windows. Behind the historic elevation, modern apartments are taking shape in the very heart of the Royal Route.
The building has been designed with 60 residential units ranging from 28 to 101 m², spread across five floors and the attic, as well as 9 commercial units on the ground floor, the mezzanine and the lower level. Works began in August 2026, with completion scheduled for August 2028.
CLASSIC ELEGANCE
The façade draws on the finest traditions of Warsaw architecture from the turn of the century. A colonnaded portico, oval windows in the gables, wrought-iron balustrades in a patinated green and a mansard roof create a composition that reveals the class of the place at first glance. The interiors are designed for contemporary comfort – well-planned layouts, from compact two-room flats to four-room apartments, work equally well as a home and as an investment in a timeless location.
